Mini Badge Machine FAQs
The main difference between the two machines is the speed of operation. The Mini machine is faster than the Micro as you don’t have to manually switch between the two dies to finish off the badge.
There is no difference in the products you can make, or in the quality of those products.
The Mini badge maker can make badges in five different sizes: 25mm, 38mm, 45mm, 58mm and 77mm. Fridge magnets and clothes magnets are also available in all sizes.

As the Mini Badge Maker allows you to make badges faster than the Micro machine, thanks to its sliding die mechanism, you can make up to 5 badges a minute.
You can use any paper to make your badges, as long as it’s not too thick (as this will jam the machine). Standard printer paper is perfect, as it’s not too thin or too thick, but you can also use craft paper, wrapping paper and even thin fabric.
Simply cut to the correct size with one of our circle cutters, and you’re good to go.
Along with badges (naturally!), you can make any of our products with the Mini machine. Here’s a full list of what you can make:

- Keyrings (regular keyrings, mirror keyrings and bottle opener keyrings

Components are available in various sizes. You can also purchase additional dies if you’d like to make a different size product.
