Whilst today our children/youngsters gleefully sport oversized birthday badges declaring their young years or their undying love for a favoured band or musician.
And yet there is so, SO much more to badges than simply pinning them to your torso. Here are our Top 5 creative ways of using badges.
Also, take a look at our FB page for even more suggestions!
1. Crafty Hair Clips:
These hair clips can easily be made using a little glue, a hair clip and our new 25mm flat back badges.
2. Chore boards
We are really keen to make up one of these chore boards. All you need is a metal baking tray, some spray paint (if you want to pretty it up), some chalk or a marker pen plus some made up magnets of any size. Ooooh – you could even get your children to make their own chore board!
Ok so I hear you saying this does not involve badges – but with a little imagination – it could do! Badges not only make great counters but also great rewards for children too. In addition to our badges, we also now supply medals which are an absolute winner for any sporting occasion.
4. Decorative framed collages:
We think this is very eye catching – and so simple to do. Just make up some badges of all sizes and fashion into a pretty pattern. Alternatively you could do the same with fridge magnets to beautify your refridgerator.
5. Badge bracelets:
These are so eye catching and easy to make. You can use any size of badge and with a bit of imagination you too can make beautiful badge jewellery.
